Data sheet for Accessories
There are mainly 3 types of panel accessories which are used for panel fixation purpose. These accessories are made from 2.5 mm dia electro welded steel meshes cutting and bending theses meshes into different shapes.
Angular mesh
U mesh
Flat mesh

Angular mesh
Angular meshes are used at corners where panels meet each other. All internal and external angles will be reinforced with angular meshes made of the same electro welded wire mesh and linked to the main panel mesh. (See the attached pictures)


 




U mesh
U meshes are used in openings made for doors, windows, etc.. Theses meshes are placed on the edges of the opening for the entire length to avoid cracking in openings. Electro welded meshes will be cut and bend into U shape to make this kind of meshes. 

Width of the mesh will purely depend on the thickness of panel location of this meshes, which will be connected and tied to the main panel mesh. (See the attached pictures)




Flat mesh
A piece of the same electro welded mesh known as flat mesh will be placed on the opening corners on both panel sides with a gradient of 45º compared to the vertical and horizontal lines of the opening. The aim is to avoid the formation of cracks or holes in the corners. 
The mesh will be 20 x 20 cm in size.



PROCEDURE FOR INSTALLING GREEN WALL PANELS AS PARTITION WALLS

  • The 3D W.P. System must be completed by a skilled person with an understanding of the 3D W.P. System.
  • Mark the wall locations on the slab for all floors by surveyor.
  • Rebar anchor holes to be drilled to the required 30-50 mm depth & 8 t0 10mm diameter on marked up locations of existing columns /beams or slabs.
  • Install 8 to 10 mm dia rebar gradually in a rotational movement until it reaches the full depth.
  • The anchorage rebar length. (L= 300-400mm).
  • The distance between each anchorage bars should be 500-800mm maximum.
  • Extra meshes (U mesh & Flat mesh) will be provided at openings such as doors and windows.
  • Each wall panel must be erected vertically, upright and temporarily supported as assembly takes place.
  • The wall panels adjacent to the rebar anchors will be tighten with the rebar.
  • Panels are cut to shape and size, or openings formed in them by cutting with power saw or using bolt cutters in the welded-wire fabric and a sharp blade, hand saw or hot wire on the EPS. (as shown in typical detail).
  • All Joints in between each cut panel must be connected by means of a splice mesh to create a continuous reinforcing mesh over the wall.
  • U-shape mesh will be fitted around the openings to avoid the chances of cracking.
  • A flat mesh should also be placed on 45-degree angles across the corner of all the openings.
  • Angular mesh is used for connecting the panels in external and internal corners as per the system.
  • Services may be run concealed within the panels by installing them behind the welded- wire fabric, by melting the EPS using a hot air blower.
  • All plaster work must be carried out in accordance with project requirements.
  • The normal procedure is to apply the plaster by double layer using hand plaster.
  • Curing of the plaster must be carried out as per the specification.
  • All work will be undertaken by qualified competent persons with experience of the type of work described above, and in all cases in full accordance with safety procedures specified in the company’s health and safety policy.
